Technical Assistance
The primary function of our Alfa Wassermann Customer Solution Center is frontline telephone support. Our goal is to assist you in resolving technical issues with our products.

We offer 24 hour coverage, 365 days a year. Our call center is based out of our home office in West Caldwell, New Jersey.

Our Customer Solution Center is comprised of highly trained, certified Medical Technologists and Hardware Specialists. Alfa Wassermann provides extensive training to prepare the members of these teams to handle a large variety of issues, including:

  • Specific reagent and instrument concerns
  • Product inquiries

  • Resolution of system difficulties
